I often use the word 'epispasm' to describe someone chucking a violent spazz but have found it actually means a reverse circumcision. Back in the old days some hatless men would undergo an operation to restore the foreskin for religious or cultural reasons.

The ancient jew who wanted to go nude at the Greek baths chucked an epispasm when the doc performed an epispasm on his weiner.
