Boppers wear blue bandanas aka flags to represent their city Richmond Heights, OH. Despite having no affiliation to any Crip sets, The Bopper identity is rather a homegrown and has no relation towards the word "bop" which is used among cheaters or females. Bopper is an acryomn that stands for "Black Oppressors Prepare People Evolutionary Right/s". Ellenset is rather the first Bopper set to form out of Richmond Heights, Ohio
