Dueling Harmonica
Two individuals, undefined in orientation and/or gender, each partaking of one half of a mans penis, divided lengthwise, by means of oral suction.
After a heated arguement, they decide to compromise and perform the dueling harmonica.

Dulinas have a big heart and try to help people as much as they can. They dont get mad that fast but can get pissed off about some things. Usually something that isn't a particularly a big deal, esp. when it primarily affects someone else - sort of a mild schadenfreude. Sometimes doubled or tripled, and possibly said in a sing-songy voice for added comedic effect to imitate a muted trumpet, which is how the meme originated.
