drafter

A person who drafts drawings using either a computer (CAD) or pencil, pen and paper. Modern drafter(s) use computers and drafting software (Cad monkey). Drafters usually work under the direction of a designer or engineer. Drafters are expected to be experts at creating drawings.

An engineer would like to present an idea. He would request a drafter to create a drawing.

Drafted 

When you're 18 years old and not old enough to have cigarettes or alcohol but you're sent out to be forced to die in a meaningless war. Without choice. That's pretty fucked up isnt it? Basically it's a death lottery that goes by your birthdate and if you win you get forced to die.

Drawfee 

Drawfee is YouTube channel run by two men named Nathan and Caldwell, they draw using photoshop.
A lot of their drawings fall into these categories/series:
Wiki Roulette : Where they search a random page on Wikipedia and draw relating to that.
Ripoff Characters : Where they draw characters without ever having seen them, ending up so drastically far from the actual character.
Drawga : Where they draw an adventure, relying on comments and a dungeon master, similarly to dungeons and dragons but with artworks.
