Fans of the Star Trek Fan Fiction book author and Star Trek Online Foundry mission creator DevQ. The Devvie universe is insular and each new iteration requires one to have read/played all the previous material to "get" it.

It is also noteworthy that, while they may not play a main role in the story, two recurring characters appear in every devvie universe story: A Liberated Borg named Four Fifty-one, and an Andorian named Vara sh'Sakahar.
