A person who believes they are number one when in reality the are number two. They are like the cabinet to the President; the head to the neck; the principal to the superintendent. They will never be better that the number one person.

Dickter Scale

A simple scale used to rate sexual encounters with men. It is comprised of the man's initials, and two numbers on a scale of one to ten. The first is size (not necessarily inches), and the second is a rating of the experience.
