A large congregation of people who are complete dicks. By dint of being dicks they inherently create dicks of the people around them, therefore they "bear (dick) fruit.

Taking the root word/name Richard, removing the "Rich", and slapping the nickname for "Richard" - Dick - right in front of "chard". And bingo! a new name for your Richard friends.

Dickchard 

An incomplete transformation of the name "Richard" into its nickname form "Dick". Usually refers to a Richard that is not as alpha as other Richards. This beta variant frequently spends his time indulging in off-meta games (ie. Minecraft, Clash of Clans, Surviv.io), and additionally often posts images of his wins despite knowing the fact that it will surely inhibit his reproduction. The macho Richard part of him sometimes breaks through and urges him to participate in jockular activities, such as sports, however the submissive part of him hinders his ability to be any good.

Person 1: That new guy Richard on the vollyball team is ass.
Person 2: lol, he's high-key a Dickchard.
