dilbertarian

In a corporate setting, tools and processes that are unnecessarily complicated and confusing in ways that appear to be a deliberate attempt to frustrate users. Based on the comic strip character Dilbert.
IT gave me a new tool to do my job but it is so hard to use it seems like a dilbertarian attempt to block me from doing my job.
