Constipainted

1.Unable to paint.
2.Cant paint.
3.Unwillfully not painting.

1.Oh my Toby, i feel so Constipainted i dont think I'll ever win us the grand condom prize.
2.Often happens when you take too much nyquil, dayquil, or shoot your self up with tranquilizing darts mistaking it for heroine.
