modern American corporations. their cluelessness and lack of social responsibility makes them fertile breeding grounds for asshats, clowns, idiots. Easily identified by their near complete lack of common sense, ethic or scruples. A definition that goes beyond the more common cubefarm

I worked as am engineer in 3 different auto industry clownfarms over the years. Not a one of them had a clue concerning what they were doing.

Today a business degree no longer guarantees one a job on the clownfarms.

circus of farting clowns 

A euphemism verging on simile to denote that a formal committee or group of people, often in positions of leadership, is so inept that it’s comical.

Unfortunately, working for the State provided me with an opportunity to fully understand that a completely clueless circus of farting clowns were occupying key leadership roles up in Sacramento.
