A chode to the fullest extreme. Usually used for people who drive like grandmas and hinder the progression to your destination, in coordination with the fact that you are running low on time.

Chodo baggins (noun); For a person to be bestowed the title of chodo baggins, they must have achived aknolaged legendary status. In fact, the person must be so legendary that he/she is alowed to freely vomit in their freinds toilet, after drinking a little to much.
