A slang term for a scene boy. It refers to the style of hair they have- the fringe. The more hardcore the boy is, the more 'chks' you add to the end. It is only applied to guys.

Wow! Look at him! He has snakebites and a septum ring!! He's chk-chk-chk-chk!!
