Where a person is so 'hefty', that their CHIN merges into their Neck! Redefines Double (Triple?) Chins...

(Alternate word: "NECKLESS"; where your chin grows right into your shoulders!)

(Another one: "SHECK" - same meaning - except its SHoulder + nECK: SHECK; get it?)
