chapsticc is the combination of thicc and chapstick, usually meaning a thicc kind of chapstick.

girl #1: omg i just got some new chapstick!
girl #2: it’s so thick though.
girl #1: omg you’re right, what should we call it?
girl #2: how about chapsticc?
girl #1: yes! that’s amazing.
