Bingoid

A small creature that chooses a human prey and follows them for years, pretending to be a plush toy. It radiates gasses that cause the human to get mentally attached to it and believe it's lies, eventually developing a serious mental illness.
People who carry this plushie will always call it "Bingoid" so it will be easy to identify and burn the creature into ash.
After a few years of living with their human, a bingoid will decide their human has grown enough and consume them while they sleep. This long process is called bingoid meat farming.

person 1: Look at my beautiful plushie, I call it Bingoid.
person 2: OH NO, WE NEED TO BURN IT IMMEDIATELY!
