A person who can not be described as a 'bellend' or a 'cunt' as these descriptions will not suffice. Their behaviours and or actions are much worse than these singular terms, hence, we must combine the two in order to correctly describe them.

For example in a horror film when they are looking for the source of the noise from the attack and do not turn the lights on..'TURN THE LIGHTS ON YOU BELLCUNT'
