Plural of "Buflock" old 1980's Southern California slang term originating in Downey California, now no longer used in its plural form.

Buflocky describes an individual that is indescribable in any other phonetic means.

Chris, upon realizing that Jason had written the perfect song and then lyrics to match said he was a Gourd. Jason returned that Chris was Buflocky.
