Roughly synonymous with "awesomesauce" or "amazeballs" except better since using it casually in a sentence will make your audience think you're all creative and free-spirited and whatnot.

New slang word first uttered by T-Rex of Dinosaur Comics fame. Similar in meaning to burn, but saucier.
