breached shit 

The really annoying shit that comes out and lands in the bowl sideways, so it won't flush, which then requires you to use a toilet plunger to straight it up so it goes down.

Breached sea level 

When you take an epic dump, you turn to look in the toilet, and the massive pile of crap is above the water level in the toilet bowl.

Can also be used as "Breaching", if in the current process of taking a dump.
