Binstigator

Person(s) who are always first on the street to put their garbage/ trash/ rubbish out for pickup which instigates everyone else on the street you follow suit.

Honey, look: Tracy and Allan always have their bin out first every fucking week. Next week is your week honey, be quick, hurry! get ours out first! We can be the binstigators for once! (Tracy and Allen have yet to be dethroned- they leave it at the curb)

Low Frequency Bootilator

This is actually taken from a record- it was a bootleg of the rave classic "Low Frequency Oscilator" which (as it was a bootleg) became "Low Frequency Bootilator". It was bootlegged by a UK/ Australian breaks producer called Friendly and released in 2003.

He then went on to call a few other bootlegs "Low Frequency Bootilators", and some other producers cashed in trying to associate themselves with the original bootleg. The deejay mentioned in your previous definition is probably one of these people trying to cash in- it has nothing to do with him.
