A very hip young(er) male barista, most likely with many tattoos and a smoldering, sexy attitude. Often found at local coffee shops that wish to combat the Starbucks shiny-faced teen-girl image of the corporate coffee server.

Friend #1: Why do you love that coffee place so much?

Friend #2: They're predominantly run by boyristas. I love watching their tattoos twitch when they pour my lattees into a feather pattern. Gives me shivers...

Bookistan

A place that is moderately to extremely unkempt, like an apartment, where what is causing the mess is books piled on and/or in shelves, boxes, and whatever other materials the person has to store the books. The owner of the books may be either an avid book collector or have OCD or both.
