Scottish last name meaning 'truth' or 'honesty'. Variations include Bonar and Bonner. Name often falls under the Scottish clan Graham (of Montrose.)
'Bonnar' is particularly notorious as being the surname of a very large, tribe-like family centered in Porterville, CA, with a very long, rich history. This family is known for loving chocolate, peanut butter, sing-alongs, and getting into crazy shenanigans. They continue to reproduce in mass numbers, and it's rumored that they harbor long-term ambitions to populate the planet with their genetic legacy, and therefor attain immortality and eventual world-domination via long-term propagation.

A mythic group of young warriors who pound out miles of walking each year on their little slice of graceland, beer drinking, acid dropping, hash ball blazing, opium smoking, roll crunching, mushroom obliterating, peyote trancing holligans that know how to have a good goddamn time. West Midlands slang word for rockers, bikers, greasers etc. In the late 1980s it was used by the UK music press to refer to a specific scene centered around the bands Pop Will Eat Itself and Crazyhead. The term never found favour with readers of 'the inkies' (Sounds, Melody Maker and the still extant NME) and was soon dropped. Now often used in predominantly working-class areas of the midlands and the north to mean someone who listens to rock-derived music and/or dresses in a manner that suggests they affiliate themselves with rock music of some kind.
