A Latin American bread similar to a small baguette. It is also used among Mexicans to describe a person who is brown on the outside, but white on the inside. Basically a white washed Mexican. Someone who looks Mexican but acts white.

The term has satire in the spelling, therefore meant to be read in the gringo vernacular,

"bo-lee-o-ass-white-boy", this adds to the critique of him not only being like a bolillo, brown in the outside and white in the inside, but that his Spanish language skills are deficient.

That John Martinez is a "bolio ass white boy" he hates Mexicans yet is from Mexico and he can't even speak Spanish properly.

Marco Rubio is claiming to be Latino but has conservative views that oppress his people, he is a "bolio ass white boy".

"Bolivian Marching Powder" appears in Bright Lights, Big City by Jay McInerney published in 1984. The main character describes the brain and inner soldiers marching around once they've been stimulated with cocaine.

A device in the movie The Counselor. It comprises of a loop of alloy wire attached to a small electric motor. The device is thrown around someones neck and yanking the free wire starts the motor. The loops gets smaller and smaller, cutting open the victim's carotid arteries and/or decapitating them.
