slang for Blue Nigger, which is what s*nic the devilhog is.
blue niggers (hereinafter "blueggers") ignore road traffic safety laws, even when getting somewhere on foot, they violate speed limits, they use a vehicle despite not needing one at all, they are seen as the messiah by voroids on art sites like DA or FA, they take popularity from actually good games, because the world would rather play a game with a blue nigger in it than to actually play a good game.
an example of a good game that is better than s*nic is Door To Phantomile, but no matter what we do, not even mattering if we get famous people, not even if we appear before a VALVe game in a Direct, s*nic keeps overshadowing it, i want to kill all s*nic fans and their friends and relatives, i will kill their 12 women, i will kill their pet, i will kill their god, s*nic fans can go kill themselves to avoid being killed by ME.

A lighthearted reaction upon receiving disappointing news of some sort. Usually something that isn't a particularly a big deal, esp. when it primarily affects someone else - sort of a mild schadenfreude. Sometimes doubled or tripled, and possibly said in a sing-songy voice for added comedic effect to imitate a muted trumpet, which is how the meme originated.
