Mostly it's just mosh parts for dudes to crowd kill and fail their arms too. As a genre, it's so far removed from Hardcore Punk as there is literally no Punk in it. Bands included: Never Ending Game, Pain of Truth, Shattered Realm, Drain, Throwdown, Earth Crisis, 100 Demons, Bury Your Dead, Sunami, Bulldoze, etc.
