When a person begins to speak about a subject and then works in the lyrics to a certain theme song, the origins of the term originate in West Philadelphia where I was born and raised, on the playground is where I spent most of my days, chillin' out maxin' relaxin' all cool and all shootin' some b-ball outside the school when a couple of guys who were up to no good, started making trouble in my neighborhood. A state of drunkness, basically paraletic, usually follows form excessive drinking. The word formed from nort-hwest england, in a town called Lowton.

Yeah, i had a quiet one last night, with a few crates, some absinthe and two bottles of vodka, i was belfielded!
