Karen is an entitled person that complains to the manager about things that other people would not complain about.

Mom: "I'm going to tell the manager that your order of fries is too small."
Embarrassed Child: "No, mom. You are being a Karen!"

When Sheri Silva Thayer complains about fireworks being lit off and it's not even 8 o clock.
