Its an annoying sound, and it makes death come to your mind.
When a sheep goes bah, small children tend to soil themselves.

Bah is a key component of the local dialect of regions such as Clonmel, Marlfield and Grange. Bah's origins are found in the alteration of the word 'boy.' This mispronunciation is used at the end of a sentence when greeting friends, associates and acquaintances alike. It can also be used to emphasize the importance of a statement. While the word may be frowned upon by the upper class of the aforementioned areas, its finest exponents consider it to be a fundamental part of day-to-day parley.
Jonathan: "Found a deadly picture of a young one taking a shit bah." ( Jonathan tells a friend that he found a picture worth seeing. )
Gearoid: "Flying through the Pokémon episodes bah." ( Gearoid informs his friend that he is watching Pokémon episodes and is possibly bored out of his proverbial tree.)
Shane: "Fair love me friends bah." ( Here, Shane uses the word to emphasize how much he loves his friends. )
Philip: "Well bah." ( A common greeting between the exponents of bah. Conversations like this are notorious for their length and content. )

"Bah" is an onomatopoeic (read: onomatopoeia) word that is generally used to portray a sense of frustration.
The word "bah" differs from other popular internet shorthand such as "lol" because it is not an accronym, but rather a word that sounds like it is spelled.
