(n): a ritualistic attack in which 2 or more woke individuals insult and belittle a stranger that they perceive to be insensitive to social justice issues, usually on social media.

Sarah and Courtney took offense when a lady posted that she didn’t care for black leggings, so they initiated an awokening to set her straight dive she was obviously a racist.

Awokening 

N: when 2 or more woke individuals gang up on someone who said something they perceive as wrong, usually on benign social media posts that have nothing to do with the offense that’s been perceived.

Sarah and Mya felt the need to express their outrage with a grand awokening. They made sure that stranger was put in her place for the obvious racism in her comment that she doesn’t like black leggings.

An constructed act of social engineering, designed to convince people that they have woken up by taking the red pill, when in fact, they have taken an extra large blue pill, and are now actively trying to keep everyone else asleep and plugged into the matrix.

You never had a thought in your head, until someone taught you to be WOKE. Now it's actually worse, you have adopted the narrative and everything you thing is the total opposite of the truth. It's the great aWOKening. You and your friends should pay each other on the back. 🤦

Bisexual Awakening

When an individual, who has always thought or assumed they're straight, suddenly develops a huge crush on someone of the same gender. This makes the individual wonder if they are actually bisexual, rather than straight. As the same-sex crushes persist (as well as opposite-sex crushes), they realize in time that they have had their bisexual awakening, and are indeed a bisexual.

"It's weird... I've always only ever liked girls... but now I have the biggest crush on Matt! I want him, I want nobody but him! I've never felt this way before!! I... think I've had my bisexual awakening!!"

spring awakening 

a kickass musical about coming of age in turn-of-the-cetury germany that opened on broadway at the eugine o'neill theatre in winter of '06. the show was adapted from the book of the same name by frank wedekind. it has a large base of awesome and dedicated fanatics, largely because of the show's risky themes and explicit songs. it features supurb acting and vocal stylings of young actors, all of which are under the age of 24 (in the original cast).
