stoplight asshole 

A stoplight asshole is a driver of the only car on one side of an intersection who waits long enough to trip the signal change, but could have right-turned all along. They turn on the yellow light, leaving cross traffic to a red light.

I would have made on time if it wasn't for the stoplight asshole.

Sudden Stopping Assholes 

When you are walking down the street/store aisle and the person immediately in front of you suddenly stops and you step on their heels and/or trip over them.

Tom: I was walking down the street the other day and the idiot in front of me suddenly stopped and i tripped over him!
