Area Boy 

1) A term used in West Africa especially in Nigeria, to describe a member of loosely organized gang and set of youth that roam and run the streets of the city.

2) A guy or group of guys that runs his (their) area, when you think of that area he’s the first person you think of, stays living his best life and chasing the bag without letting anyone or anything get in the way
