1) A group of dark prisoners sentenced to an eternal hell in their pit of horrible black sadness and despair, constantly tortured to the point in which all musical talent is drained. After said engagement, this group attempts to become a band.

Anthracite Coal Region 

The region in Northeastern Pennsylvania, where Anthracite coal was or is mined. It is west of the Poconos, east of the Susquehanna River, South of Scranton, and north of The Lehigh Valley. Hazleton and Wikes-Barre are the two center masses of population.

It suffers from mine pollution, poverty, political corruption, severe emigration push, and a virtually absent intellectual community.
If you ever move to the Anthracite Coal Region, you know you fucked up in life.

Anthracite Desert

1. An unfortunate nickname for the Anthracite Coal Region, of Pennsylvania. 2. The man-made desert, left over from morn than a century and a half of unregulated surface mining in the Anthracite Coal Region.
1. Welcome to the Anthracite Desert. Hey why are you leaving, so fast?

A sunburn or suntan focused on the left arm. It is caused by the left side of the body being the only half that gets exposed to sunlight while driving. Presumably, it would be located on the right side of the body in countries where they drive on the left side of the road.
I had a trucker's tan after driving for 10 straight hours on a sunny day.
