When someone, typically named Andrew, ignores the current situation only to ask what just occurred afterwards. This is applicable to missing entire topics in conversations and important events.

This would be when you have that situation where you drop a roll of something on the floor and as it rolls away it un-ravels what ever the contents of the roll was ...leaving you the to complete the arduous task of 're-rolling' except this bit is not like in the advert...
