An immediate and severe allergic reaction to a substance (eg food or drugs). Symptoms of anaphylaxis include breathing difficulty, loss of consciousness and a drop in blood pressure. This condition can be fatal and requires immediate medical attention.

1. A severe, potentially life-threatening systemic reaction triggered by a sudden, overwhelming exposure to extreme cuteness, particularly when delivered by a concentrated source such as anime characters.
2. The immunological response is characterized by an immediate release of serotonin and endorphins, leading to symptoms like uncontrollable giggling, teary eyes, a sudden urge to hug or squeeze the source, and in severe cases, fainting or "death" from overwhelming adoration.
3. The condition is believed to be non-fatal, though patients may suffer temporary speech loss (often replaced by high-pitched, unintelligible squealing) and an inability to focus on anything other than the adorable stimulus.
