Canelo Alvaroid

New preferred nickname for the boxer Saul ’Canelo’ Alvarez, following his two failed doping tests for the banned substance Clenbuterol.

The situation itself has caused quite a problem amongst the sport’s rampantly corrupt elite, since any lifetime ban for such a huge pay-per-view attraction would significantly harm their own financial interests.

Instead, a 6 month suspension (the time he would take between fights anyway) with no further screening has been imposed, thus insuring that his lucrative career may continue uninterrupted and that all future bouts may proceed as planned.
'Did you hear that Canelo Alvarez had failed a drugs test from eating contaminated meat?'

'Don’t you mean Canelo Alvaroid ? That guy was clearly cheating'
