airportant

Acting important when you are in an airport, by wearing clothing that conveys authority or worldliness, striding purposefully with a carryon trailing you on wheels, drinking at a bar while apparently doing something critical on your phone.
Look at that important businessman at the airport bar.

Nah he is just a regular guy flying to visit his mom, he just acts airportant.

Airporgatory

Airport purgatory; being stuck in an airport or on an the airplane for various reasons; weather, malfunction, excessive layovers, etc.
After seven hours of delays, Gregor decided to take travel into his own hands. He rented a car to drive from Chicago to Talahassee rather than be stuck in airporgatory.

amportant

Elision of “I am important,” - used to describe someone who implicitly or explicitly believes that he or she is important, and is likely to be thinking “I am important” at any given moment.
Observer #1 - “My goodness but Edwin is full of himself today!”

Observer #2 - “Indeed he is - he’s a very amportant person.”

church hurt

church hurt is where you experience a degree of distance, pain, or judgement from your church community. Essentially, you are just unable to “find your place”. This is prevalent in the Christian community, but can be extended to other religions.
Now that I am an adult I am beginning to heal from the church hurt that was inflicted on me as a child.
