someone that holds grudges against another in front of other people just so that he/she can say them so their not as suspicious as they are being dry humored. You have to have a betrayed quality to you to be a-piss. you have to start by being zany and a loaf and then drop down to a level where your just being a suke/sook in restraint.

ahh what??? why noooo jeeese. wow im crazy all of a sudden hey look I'm flighty, and crusty weeee hahaha etc.
