Another way of saying, "I understand" or "I already know."
(patiently listens to a broken man's pitiful, self-depreciating speech)

My Response: "You don't have to tell me twice and I'm okay with it as long as you stay away from my sis. P.S., Jesus loves you and everyone else thinks you're an idiot."

When you work with someone and they are staying late and you want them to go. But they still think there's too much to do but they have things to do elsewhere. This is what you say to them on the way of the door.
Them " there's a bunch more to do but I have to go. Can you finish up and do this... and this....?"

You " you dont have time tell me twice "
