(of a woman’s body) tall, small boned, and skinny. Having an attractively lean and long looking physique like a model’s.
Women with modelesque figures are usually at least 1.75m and to flatter their proportions they wear “tall” sized clothing, which is longer but not wider.
Sometimes women only around 1.72m tall have body types that appear this way & wear certain ‘tall-sized’ apparel —usually these women are very leggy for their height.
A woman who lacks the attribute of being leggy/tall, and is also rather short— (1.60m & below, or sometimes just below 1.62m) —can be described as petite if she has a similarly skinny body and dainty-frame.

West Midlands slang word for rockers, bikers, greasers etc. In the late 1980s it was used by the UK music press to refer to a specific scene centered around the bands Pop Will Eat Itself and Crazyhead. The term never found favour with readers of 'the inkies' (Sounds, Melody Maker and the still extant NME) and was soon dropped. Now often used in predominantly working-class areas of the midlands and the north to mean someone who listens to rock-derived music and/or dresses in a manner that suggests they affiliate themselves with rock music of some kind.
