A dude who likes capybaras and debate. If you ever meet a yandan, you can know for sure that he's a nice, caring person, much like a loving mom. Don't let him meet a Justin though, or he'll be very straightforward with his emotions.

Yandan

Yandaned (past tense), or yandan (noun) means to attend a debate tournament or any competition, and do really well in the in-rounds, but failing at the last minute and nearly making the break/finals. This looks like taking a close 2nd, when you should've firsted and the judge gave a bad call, and becoming the 9th best team, in a tournament that breaks to semimfinals (8 teams).

This is usually a really sad feeling, because you nearly made it to the elimination rounds, but failed at the last minute.

Pickhead7 - Man, I got a bad call round 5, it was unjustified, taking a 3rd instead of a 1st, I pulled a yandan :(

A YanAn is a very caring person that likes to be around people. He can be sensitive at times but still wants to make people happy even tho they are sad. It is rare to find a YanAn! He can have an amazing voice that is appreciated by close friends! He is cute and huggable. YanAn has very good looks that he even melt everybody's hearts around them! He can be random at times, but funny at the same time. YanAn's smile is very beautiful! If anyone finds a YanAn, keep them because they are very special and loyal.

Very commonly used by Miami-area teens, and even some adults. Yanden can be used as a verb, noun, or adjective. Think of a word. Now replace it with the word "yanden". That is the proper usage of the word yanden. Typically used by preps, Members of the Jew crew, some Hispanics, or African American teens in the Greater Miami area. Use of the word is frowned upon by many. The origin is greatly debated. Some say it came from lack of speaking the English language, others from the lack of proper pronunciation of the English language, and others simply say it came from a typical Miami rapper, you know, the kind that has tons of lamborghinis, raps about Versace, Gucci, and Tom Ford, has several Rolex's, and many gold chains. (Typically give their accountants heart attacks)

Yandare

Yandere is a portmanteau of two Japanese words. The first is yanderu, which means “to be sick,” and the second is deredere, used here for “lovestruck.” A yandere is often sweet, caring, and innocent before switching into someone who displays an extreme, often violent or psychotic, level of devotion to a love interest.
