A shortened term for whatever. In other words, used in an argument to admit that you are wrong without admitting it so the argument is over.

Person 1: Dang yo, you shouldn't teach a monkey karate!
Person 2: Wutev.

Similar to 'Wotevs', however the spelling is better.
