Yet another way of saying "whatever". Very abbreviated, very aloof, very annoying. Mostly otaku use this word, as the Japanese pronouce the English "v" as "b".

Anna - "Are you going to study for the AP Chem test?"
Jamie - "Wutevs... I don't feel like it."
