To be somewhere important while enduring a hangover.

The church gives out vouchers for cash to people in need that attend the Sunday services. Most of the time people were too hungover to go but you would if you felt wobblagated to be there.

Intensely off-balance or uneven. Coined by the mother of famous Shortstuber, Dannodraws, when she forgot the word off-balance.
