Intensely off-balance or uneven. Coined by the mother of famous Shortstuber, Dannodraws, when she forgot the word off-balance.

Riggy: So, how does your new house look?
Danno: ARE YOU KIDDING? EVERY FLOOR OF THE HOUSE IS COMPLETELY WOBBLEGATED. DID YOU GET YOUR CONSTRUCTORS LISCENCE FROM A CRACKERJACK BOX?
