Whine on

The phrase one can utter when someone starts whining about things that are so minor. This is similar to "fish on" when someone lands a fish or whatever on a fishing line. However, that is seen as positive and exciting while this is seen as soooooooo annoying....

Polly: "And then the waitress came back WITHOUT my cucumbers on the side!"
Brandy: "Whine on!"
Sebastian: "You're fierce, Brandy! Polly, can you be anymore negative? Cucumbers. Cucumbers..."

A person, place, or thing that is all over (or stuck really close to) something else. Used to show an enthusiastic measure of popularity. Like an over-eager friend who is always hanging around, or a crowded restaurant.
