2. A noise used when everything goes quiet in the room, to create laughter in a potentially awkward silence

literally the best boyfriend you could ever get. weagan senpai is the sweetest person to ever exist and will make you feel like you're the most important person the world. he's also really cute/hot and will make boy's question their sexuality. weagan senpai is also known for being able to cd isl problems and legend has it that he qualified for the IMO at age 02.
