1. Perfectly chosen words spoken in a
discombobulated or confusing order.
2. A speaker with the ability to leave a crowd scratching their heads and asking, "What did he say?"
-His ideas ideas are great, it is too bad he is verbally
dyslexic.
-Although he struggles a little
bit in expressing accurately the ideas that he may have pondered and/or felt compelled to share, you have to appreciate the fact that he is pretty
bright; perhaps too much so for his own good and because of being verbally dyslexic it might not be apparent exactly where he stands on a particular issue or the idea or suggestion that he may have been trying to share.
