verbusive

Share definition Flag
To be verbally abusive.
Classic verbusive dialogue (from Full Metal Jacket):

Sgt. Hartman: "How tall are you, private?"
Private Cowboy: "Sir, five-foot-nine, sir!"
Sgt. Hartman: "Five-foot-nine, I didn't know they stacked shit that high. You trying to squeeze an inch on me somewhere, huh?"
Private Cowboy: "Sir, No Sir."
Sgt. Hartman: "Bullshit! It looks to me like the best part of you ran down the crack of your mama's ass and ended up as a brown stain on the mattress."

Verandite

Share definition Flag
A Verandite is a person with excessive hyper-vigilance around condo security, a Verandite may also be known for constantly texting their friends or family members about their concerns. They may frequently share news articles or stories about break-ins or burglaries in the area, and urge others to take additional security measures.

This behavior can be frustrating for others in the group chat, who may feel that the condo security nut is overreacting or causing unnecessary anxiety. However, for the condo security nut, this constant communication is a way to stay on top of potential threats and feel more in control of their surroundings.
The Verandites are all freaking out about security. I didn’t tell them I don’t even lock my door.
