Umbreoning

Umbreoning, where you go to the small Asian boy’s house you’ve been seeing to get freaky but instead there’s a voided one prowling in the shadows who bulbasaurs you(to bulbasaur is to pull out your jimmy john, yell “Bulbasaur I choose you” and then hits you repeatedly with it while yelling “use vine whip”), pulling out their tentacle and sliming you while shouting “use dark pulse”.

Person 1: I went to Leonder’s house last night
Person 2: oh nice how did that go?
Person 1: The voided one got me again, they engaged me in some umbreoning in
Person 2: uh oh

Umbrelling

This act is very similar to the act of throwing shade. Instead of just having an attitude, however, you raise a small drink umbrella (commonly found in cocktails) above the person you wish to throw shade at and reprimand them for what they have said.

Isaac: Is Queen B's new album perfect or what?
Griffin: It's okay, I guess.
Isaac: *umbrelling Griffin* You can go.

When a entity is a parent of other entities. It comes from the expression "umbrella company".

ABC corporation umbrells 3 other companies that are engaged in different industries being defined as technology, retail and healthcare.

John Doe is the CEO of a conglomarate umbrelling numerous subsidiaries.
