Tussed up is what happens when a large amount of robitussin cough syrup is consumed. You feel fine until you stand up and realize that you can no longer balance or talk normally.

From the 1999 Chris Rock Comedy special, "Bigger and Blacker," in which Rock explained his father's views on the healing power of Robitussin cough syrup and what to do if you run out of tussin.
